Student Organization Advisor of the Year 2016-17 Nomination Form

Purpose:  The Student Organization Advisor of the Year Award is to recognize a student organization faculty/staff advisor for exemplary service and commitment throughout the 2016-17 academic year.  The selected advisor will be recognized at the University Honors & Recognition Awards Program honoring his/her excellence in service. The University Honors & Recognition Awards Program will be held on April 10, 2016 in the Hilary J. Boone Center.  

Selection Process:  All nominations will be reviewed by an Office of Student Organizations and Activities staff member. 

Deadline:  All nominations must be submitted by Monday March 27, 2016 by 5:00 PM.  Late nominations will not be accepted.
