Gym Event: Amazing Race!

Get ready for the Amazing Race, taking place on Saturday 9 June! It will be held at Hawkesbury campus, starting at the uni Gym. The day will kick off at 9am, where all teams will meet on the main floor and be debriefed for the morning ahead.  The THEME for teams is COLOURS. WSU GYM Runner's Club!

Did you know that WSU Gym has a running club?  Every Sunday at 4pm we go for a run and each week it's a different location. The run can be long distance, involve sprints or time trials. This week we’ll be at Benson’s Lane in Richmond for a nice run around the lowlands. Bootcamp and InBody Scan at Parramatta South!

TOMORROW at Parramatta South Campus there will be a BOOTCAMP and an InBody Scan available for you to do!  The Bootcamp will be run on the OVAL from 12.15PM to 1PM.  The sessions are FREE to all staff and students!
