Thank you for your willingness to participate in Mustang Week!

Proposals must be received by Thursday, August 15th  to allow for promotion of your activity in printed and online marketing materials. Proposed events are expected to meet at least two of these six outcomes:

ASDC Food Pantry Client Intake Form

The ASDC Food Pantry is better able to serve the Delta College student body by asking asking students to fill out a Client Intake Form, prior to coming to the food pantry. The intake form allows us to track our inventory and reduce your wait time when you arrive at the pantry.

Club Orientation

Thursday, Sep 6, 2 pm
Mustang Room (Danner Hall)

Club orientation is a one-hour workshop facilitated by the Office of Student Activities. Attendance is mandatory for new club officers. Returning club officers and advisors are recommended to attend the training for a refresher and learn about new changes.

During the training attendees will receive information on club requirements, District policies and procedures, and other important information.

I received an email stating that the first Club Orientation would be on Friday, September 7th at 2:00 pm- 3:00 pm in the Mustang Room, but this notice is on Thursday instead of Friday. Is the orientation on Thursday or Friday?
