The Special Olympics of Texas and the Basketball Teams of NLC and SAC are working together for a unified basketball game. This exhibition game is to raise awareness about the “Spread the Word to End the R-Word” Campaign. The r-word being the word retard or retarded. The campaign asks to Pledge to stop using the r-word as it is offensive, derogatory and hurtful.

Special Guests  14 Special Olympians playing with NLC and SAC  Spurs Legend Johnny Moore!

Jake Torres Named NLC Student of the Month

Jake Torres, Northeast Lakeview College student, was recognized at the August 16 Board meeting for his selection as the district-wide Alamo Colleges Student of the Month for August 2016. He is studying Business Administration and has a 3.91 GPA. He is paying his own way through college by working full-time at HEB. His future plans include receiving a MBA.  As a recipient of this award, he received an award of $500 from the La Prensa Foundation...

Student and Community Forums for the Finalists for the position of President of Northeast Lakeview College begin on Tuesday, August 30.

This is the application packet that is needed when requesting Student Service Fees Account (SSFAC) funds to benefit NLC students. Upon completion of this form, this request will be submitted to the SSFAC Committee for approval.

All information regarding the Student Fees and the SSFAC Committee is outlined in Policy F.2.3 and Procedure F.2.3.1.

The Office of Student Development will be hosting the movie "CREED: Your legacy is more than a name," on April 7th at 2pm and again at 6:30pm in the STCM 201 Theater. NLC Transfer Fair – Hawaiian Luau

The Transfer Fair- Hawaiian Luau at Northeast Lakeview College, scheduled for February 24th, trafficked approximately 485 students who were able to speak with local & state university and college representatives about transfer options and requirements. Students also were able to view the Hawaiian presentation in the STCM Cafeteria, where the performers showcased traditional Hawaiian dances and students could interact with the dancers and learn a few moves!
