Religious & Spiritual
The Office of Religious and Spiritual Life at Lafayette College seeks to foster an environment where individuals of all backgrounds can freely and comfortably practice their faith traditions and explore their spirituality. We encourage the Lafayette community to learn about the traditions of others in a spirit of mutual respect.
We seek to carry out this mission:
By providing opportunities for members of the Lafayette community to express, learn more about, and grow in their own religious faith and spiritual lives.
By providing opportunities for students, faculty, and staff to learn about the religious and spiritual beliefs of others.
By providing venues on campus for discussion and dialogue on matters of religious beliefs and ethical behavior.
By attending religious services, going to brown bags, joining one of the many student organizations under the umbrella of Religious & Spiritual Life.
Students can request one-on-one support and conversation with the college chaplain.
