SKY@ASU is dedicated to serving the community of students and staff at Arizona State University with techniques of yoga, breath work and meditation for stress relief and self-empowerment. We offer regular sessions every semester. Our vision is a Stress-free, joyful, healthy and united ASU community.
Our unique offering is the Campus Happiness Program, a unique four-day workshop of the International Association of Human Values to positively enhance an individual's experience of life.

YesPkus operates on 4 pillars:

- Cognitive reframing for a happy, successful life
- Positive community
- Leadership and Service to community
Our unique offering is the Campus Happiness Program, a unique three to four day workshop from the International Association of Human Values (IAHV) to positively enhance an individual's experience of life.
We also have a campaign called 'Be Happy ASU' where we effort to make ASU a happier place.

All ASU registered student organizations must have a full- or part-time benefits-eligible faculty or staff member serving as an advisor. By entering your advisor's email, they will automatically be sent an electronic Advisor Commitment Form which they must complete for your registration.
An Advisor Commitment Letter electronically signed by the Advisor is a required part of finalizing the registration of your student organization. Make sure to follow up with them to complete.
(Optional) A secondary advisor is not required but may be a faculty/staff, community member, alumni.
