Student Organization of the Year 2015-16 Nomination Form

Purpose:  The Student Organization of the Year Award is to recognize a student organization for exemplary service, commitment, and programming throughout the 2015-16 academic year, to organization members and the campus community.  The selected organization will be recognized at the University Honors & Recognition Awards Program honoring their excellence in service. The University Honors & Recognition Awards Program will be held on April 4, 2016 at 6:00 PM in the Hilary J. Boone Center.  

Selection Process:  All nominations will be reviewed by an Office of Student Involvement staff member. 

Deadline:  All nominations must be submitted by Wednesday March 23, 2016 by 4:00 PM.  Late nominations will not be accepted.
