Loyola Get Fit Pledge

Take the Get Fit pledge this semester to make a commitment to a happier, healthier, more active you! The Get Fit pledge is a movement that begins in August & January of each semester. Discover fun and interesting ways in which you can participate in becoming more physically active on your Loyola campus! Whether you're a student, faculty, staff, or friend of the Loyola community, take this pledge to start your individual fitness journey today! Challenge your current fitness level to develop over the course of the semester through activities and events, such as:

  • Group Exercise Classes (Classes start January 9th)

  • Personal Training Sessions

  • Rec Night (February 13th) 
    • University Sports Complex, 5 pm - 7 pm 
  • Sexual Non-Violence Week Self-Defense Class (April 4th) 
    • St. Charles Room, 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm 

 Once you sign up to participate in the Get Fit pledge movement, you can pick up your Get Fit Pack Pass (Punch Card) at the Office of Student Involvement (lower level of the Danna Center). 

Bring your Pack Pass to these activities & events! 

With the punch card, attend 10 fitness classes/events, and get your Loyola Get Fit gear with a chance to win a special monthly prize (iPad, Movie tickets, Sports tickets, etc.) to help show your commitment!
