Join the Office of Wellness Services for a Stretch and Refresh session today (Oct. 7) from 12:05-12:50 PM in EAD 506. Please RSVP HERE. Feel free to bring your lunch with you.
During this session, you will learn helpful desk stretches you can implement while in class as well as mindfulness and breathing techniques to help you rejuvenate, refocus, and relax!
