All undergraduate students interested in Physical Therapy are welcome to join!
The purpose of the Pre-Physical Therapy Organization is to create a community of undergraduate students interested in pursuing a degree in Physical Therapy, to encourage responsibility and leadership among members, and to help inform members about the profession of Physical Therapy. As a group of health professionals we are dedicated to gaining knowledge about Physical Therapy and giving back to the community.
Ex: Professor of Health Sciences, Academic Advisor of Journalism, Chef for Dining Services, etc.

Please describe who is eligible for membership and list any criteria used in the selection process. If open to all, please indicate so. (Keep in mind the non-discrimination clause from the organization's constitution.)
To be an active member, members must:
1. Pay $15 annual (dues) fee
2. Attend at least 2 meetings each semester
3. Attend at least 1 volunteer event each semester.
This is less formal than your purpose statement. Take this opportunity to discuss any activities the organization may be known for or what members of your organization can expect to gain through becoming a member.
PPTO is a group of Mizzou undergraduate students looking to pursue a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. The group creates a support group for Pre-PT students to give them information for the journey to get to Physical Therapy school, and to give back to the community through volunteer.
Please include the days/dates your organization meets, the location(s), and time(s). This information helps interested students connect with the organization.
We will typically meet on the first Tuesday of every month on the 6th floor of Clark Hall unless otherwise specified prior to the meeting date.
