This form is for registered student organizations interested in performing at the 2019 Spring Involvement Fair event on Tuesday, January 15, 2019. Performance will be on the North Stage, between the MU and Hayden Library.
Once completed, the listed Point of Contact will receive communications about performing from the planning committee. Performances will be between 11AM - 1PM. Time slots will be assigned on a first-come-first-server basis.
