Fresno State student leaders will host a National Night Out block party on Tuesday, August 2 through the newly formed student Neighborhood Watch groups in an attempt to bring together the community surrounding Fresno State. New EECU ATM on campus

During the semester break, Educational Employees Credit Union installed an ATM that offers 24/7 access on campus. The new ATM is located in a kiosk between McLane Hall and the University Student Union. Associated Students, Inc. filled the vacant Senator of Health and Human Services position at the January 13, 2011 Senate Meeting. The Senate voted in Hannah Day, a senior Public Health major with an option in Community Health, expecting to graduate in May 2011. (December 21, 2010) – Pedro Ramirez, president of the Associated Students, Inc., at California State University, Fresno, was named one of the “Top College Role Models of 2010” by the Huffington Post, an online news and blog site, for his role in lobbying for the DREAM Act after he admitted to being an undocumented resident.
