Saturday, March 9th, 10:00am - 3:00pm, in the Vintage Room
Determine your values and discover your voice to overcome the bystander effect.
The PersonalPower: A RESPONSE ABILITY® Workshop empowers college students to go beyond bystander behavior and to intervene in problem situations. The workshop fosters personal development and it teaches students to empower others to do the same.
This workshop explores personal and organizational values, what bystander behavior is, what barriers keep us from intervening, intervention styles and skills and concludes with an action plan and commitment to lead with integrity.
Visit the Campus Speak website for more information:
Materials and lunch will be provided to all participants.
Space is limited for the workshop. Applications will be reviewed by ASI, and those spaces will be filled based on qualifications.
