Please only register for ONE trip on Orgsync! 

Please note, this trip will start and end earlier than other ECD trips! (Shuttles leave campus at 11:00 AM, return to campus by 2:30 PM)

Volunteers should arrive at least 15 minutes before shuttles depart.

Community Partner Description: Mad Housers, Inc. builds temporary, emergency shelters for homeless individuals and families regardless of race, creed, national origin, gender, religion, age, family status, sexual orientation, etc.

Service Description: Help build a roof panel and a "low rider" (living, storage & porch structure). Volunteers will help build various housing structures and celebrate national Hunger and Homelessness Awareness week with the undergraduate organization, HOAP (Homeless Outreach and Awareness Project). HOAP will be leading this trip!

NOTE: Wear closed-toed shoes, long pants, and bring a filled, reusable water bottle! ECD is a zero-waste event. Transportation is provided! Please note, minors are not permitted to sign up for this trip.
