Columbus State Community College is proud of our strong partnerships. We are here to assist you in helping your high school and adult students achieve success on their educational journey.
In order to best serve you, please be sure to allow for appropriate time between requests and visits. We want your visit to be outstanding, and the coordination of dates, locations, parking, etc. will take time. Therefore, we request a minimum of 30 days, from the date of your request to the date of your groups visit. We will do our best to ensure you receive confirmation for your requested dates 1 to 2 weeks after your submission. Please allow yourself amble time to coordinate on your end (transportation, permission forms, etc.) between the date you submit your request and the date that you receive your date confirmation. Columbus State’s Group Visitation Program utilizes resources to accommodate groups from high schools and community organizations that service adult and/or high school students (Grades 9-12) interested in attending Columbus State in upcoming semesters. Lastly, we do not accept visit requests for Friday mornings before 10 a.m. due to offices being closed for campus-wide meetings.
Additionally, there will be no campus visit requests accepted for the following dates due to campus events, breaks, in-services, and dates that are already booked through previous requests:
Dates for the 2017 calendar year are all full.
VERY IMPORTANT: Please be aware that tours are provided by current Student Ambassadors where they provide general information about our campus history, layout, building and department locations, etc. If you are looking for admission / academic information or wish to hear from a campus representative, you will need to request a presentation in addition to a tour.

Because we coordinate materials and space based on your response, please be as accurate as possible.
Please be sure to plan for an appropriate student-to-chaperone ratio.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: Due to the amount of time it takes to coordinate your groups visit, (ex. Requesting Tour Guides, Requesting Spaces, Calendar Reviews, Coordination of Special Requests) requested dates must extend a minimum of 30 days from today's date. If your group will be requesting Columbus City School Bus services, please submit your visit request with an additional 2 week window of time due to bus requests needing a minimum of 30 days out from the date of your travel. Tuesdays and Thursdays are the preferred days of the week to provide tours and info sessions.
Please Note: If you are requesting a Campus Tour, they last around 1 hour. If you are requesting a Campus Tour as well as an Information Session, this would be around 2 hours combined. Your arrival time will need to also work around our office hours. Our office hours can be found at http://www.cscc.edu/admission...
