Booth and Table Lottery - Spring 2018

All student clubs and organizations that would like to have a booth or table in the Quad for the Spring 2018 semester MUST attend the Booth & Table Lottery.  The Booth/Table Lottery will be held on Monday, January 22 @ 1 p.m. in MSR 130.  If your club or organization would like to participate in the Booth/Table Lottery, fill out the form below.

The Club & Organization Fair is a great opportunity to showcase your student club/organization, recruit new members, connect with new students, and promote upcoming events. 

The Club & Organization Fair will be hosted on Wednesday, January 31 from 10 a.m.. to 1 p.m. in the Quad.  If requested, a table will be set up for your organization by 9:45 a.m.

Library After Hours - Hidden Figures Movie Night

University Library and the Office of Housing and Residential Life present a Library After Hours event: Movie Night! A free screening of Hidden Figures will be offered to the student campus community on Friday, November 3, from 8 PM to 10 PM on the second floor in University Library. Student Event Coordinator & Treasurer Training Chartering Information

As part of the 2017-18 chartering process all student clubs and organizations must have their Student Event Coordinator (SEC) and Treasurer attend an In-Person Training.  If your organization's Student Event Coordinator or Treasurer did not attend the Nuts and Bolts Training (or SEC Training on Monday, August 28) they are required to attend one of the following scheduled trainings prior to the club and organization chartering deadline (Friday, September 22nd).
