Everyone Cooperating to Help Others (ECHO) is in need of vounteers for their Postal Food Drive THIS Saturday, May 12th!!!  Volunteers are needed from 12pm-6pm helping unload donation trucks and sorting donations.  This is a great opportunity if you need service hours for the end of the semester!

Make A Difference Day 2018 Project #10a: Whitewater - Downtown Prep

Working closely with Downtown Whitewater, Inc, volunteers will be sweeping and removing salt from the roads and sidewalk to help prepare the area for the Spring and Summer seasonal activities. Some may work on beautifying the Cravath Lake Park area as well.

Make A Difference Day 2018 Project #15s: Whitewater - Whitewater Creek

Make A Difference Day 2018 Project #11 - UW-W Campus Garden

The campus organic garden was established by students and advisors in a Service Learning class taken by a Learning Community. Their class was inspired by Growing Power, a Milwaukee-based urban farm that serves an area of Milwaukee considered to be a food desert. The mission of the campus garden is to serve the Whitewater community with fresh, organic produce by growing and donating a majority of all produce to the Whitewater Food Pantry.
