This lunch & learn session is a good opportunity for students to engage in conversation with this year’s International Education Week keynote speaker Dr. Rashida Braggs. At her keynote, Dr. Braggs will talk about her latest book “Jazz Diasporas: Race, Music and Migration in Post-World War II Paris” that considers negotiations of power and culture as African American jazz musicians sought new opportunities and when they migrated to Paris in the 1940s.

Tea Talks is where international students and their friends come together and engage in guided meditation exercises facilitated by Dr. Emily Fortney from SCS and open conversations to de-stress while enjoy some tea. It is a great space to relax and calm down from your busy daily life.

A hurricane relief effort organized by ISAB to collect and provide funds to those affected by Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma. Funds collected would be donated to FEMA so as to ensure that the affected people benefit from them.

International Film Festival
