It is the #1 online community for college women, written entirely by the top college journalists. Her Campus serves as a career launching point for its team of college journalists. Since joining the Her Campus Team, members have been offered jobs and internships with Glamour, Vogue, Buzzfeed, Vanity Fair, Seventeen, Marie Claire, Harper’s Bazaar, People, The Huffington Post, Teen Vogue, InStyle, Lucky, Esquire, O magazine, MTV, The Washington Post, Digitas, Ogilvy, and many more.

The purpose of this organization is to create content for hercampus.com, that will be devoted to the Georgia State University chapter, with six content areas (Features, Blogs, Campus Celebrities, Campus Cuties, Snapshot, and Events). Offline, this chapter is also a community of students on campus interested in journalism, magazines, writing, event planning, public relations, social media, marketing, business/entrepreneurship, and more, who create content and events focused on college women. It offers the opportunity for college journalists and students interested in marketing or public relations to gain writing experience, publish clips,and participate in marketing campaigns with national clients.
