Request for Facility Use Form - 2011 - 2012

All student organizations must complete a facility use form in order to both get event approval and reserve space on campus.  Only registered and recognized student organizations can secure space.  Before completing this form, it is recommended that you check space availability on R25 0- click here

By completing this form you are requesting both event approval and requesting space for the event.  If your event is approved you will get an email from Org Sync letting you know that it has been approved.  Then your event will be put in the space reservation queue.  The space is not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from Rory Hill in Facilities scheduling.  The subject of the email will be "request confirmation".
