As 2018 is coming to an end we would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year! Congratulations to Nam and Izzy who were the winners of our Ultimate Strong Person Challenge! For Market Day and Cultural Celebration day on Tuesday we ran a competition where participants had to complete as many push ups as possible in 1 minute and then plank for as long as they can. Nam cruised his way through 65 push ups and a 12.30 minute plank with plenty left in the tank (i think he could have stayed there all day haha)! Izzy got a very impresive 54 push ups and smashed a 3.23 minute...
