Ultimate Strong Person Challenge!

Congratulations to Nam and Izzy who were the winners of our Ultimate Strong Person Challenge! For Market Day and Cultural Celebration day on Tuesday we ran a competition where participants had to complete as many push ups as possible in 1 minute and then plank for as long as they can. Nam cruised his way through 65 push ups and a 12.30 minute plank with plenty left in the tank (i think he could have stayed there all day haha)! Izzy got a very impresive 54 push ups and smashed a 3.23 minute...

We are running a points system where the person with the most points at the end of the month wins a FREE month at the gym and a ACU vest which cannot be purchased anywhere else! SEMESTER ONE FITNESS CLASS TIMETABLE!!! Melbourne Studio Gym welcomes you to Semester One 2017! We have changed a few things this year so be sure to check ORGSYNC regularly for updates. Firtsly we have added Zumba to our classes this semester and a few later time options so make sure you get down and give the classes a go. Classes start 27.02.2017 Please note the prices have now changed for casual visits so consider a membership or the fitness class pass.

Semester 2 Fitness Class Timetable!

Here is the new fitness class timetable for semester 2! This semester we will be running yoga, boxing and a new lunchtime express circuit class. Yoga has two different styles, hatha which is more of a slower paced class where as vinyasa is more energetic. Boxing is a fun 50 minute energetic class designed to get your heart rate up and relieve stress! The lunchtime express circuit class is designed for the time poor people who want to fit in a quick work out as it goes for only 30 minutes....
