2013 Student Leadership Awards Application

Thank you for participating in the application process for the 2013 Student Leadership Awards. Students are allowed to apply to as many awards as they see fit (note: please review eligibility and award requirements and apply conservatively).  Since this is an online application, consider drafting your application in a word document first then copying and pasting your answers to each question within the online application when you are ready. This applications includes all award categories which are on separate pages. 

In addition to completing this application, you are required to have at least two statements of support for each award application from members of the university community.  These statements of support can be completed by any staff, student or faculty member online.  Please have your university community supporters complete this form: 2013 Student Leadership Award Statement of Support Form or you may direct them to the Student Leadership Awards Website:

All applications and statements of support are due by Wednesday, March 6, 2013.  A selection committee representing several campus departments and staff will review all award applications submitted. Applicants will be notified on or after April 10th via email. Recipients and Finalists will be recognized at the 18th Annual Student Leadership Awards held on Wednesday, May 15th from 4:30pm-6:00pm in Xavier Chapel, Fromm Hall (family members and guests are welcome to attend).
