The semester is ticking down and it's almost time to get ready for next semester. I want to remind you to fill out the Club Service Project Report form on OrgSync. is it possible to have a date that we can have DHSA available to coordinate with the Hispanic speakers to help them out with the application? Does that make sense, so have a day that they can suggest the hispanic community to come out?

Sarah Dever

I don't think that they are able to do that. The time for applications is open to any families in the community that want to apply. I don't think that they can necessarily plan a certain day where specifically Hispanic families come in. If any of the DHSA club volunteer at all throughout the week, all of those club members, no matter what day or time will count as one person towards your service hours.

Sandra M Aguirre

Ok thank you! (: We'll send a group out there Friday.

Children's Museum Clean-up at 5 PM

Hello, just wanted to send out a message to clarify the time of the children's museum service project going on tonight. It will be at 5 PM rather than 6. There was some confusion and the publicity that went out for the event didn't match the event time on OrgSync, so it was moved up to 5 PM. We apologize if that throws off any plans you might have made.

We will be meeting in front of the SAC at 5 PM to carpool to the St. George Children's Museum where we will provide pizza and then...
