2017 Fall Involvement Fair - Organization Reservation Form
Date: Tuesday, September 12th
Location: Student Union Second Floor Concourse
The Fall Involvement Fair is an opportunity for University of Akron students to learn about the many involvement opportunities on campus from a variety of student organizations on campus. Student organizations are provided a six-foot table to promote their organization. Your organization MUST have a representative available at your table during this time and all organizations must be checked-in by 10:45am in order to participate.
Please note that your organization must be fully registered, including participation in a Leadership Retreat, in order to participate in the Fall Involvement Fair.
Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. This form will close no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 6th.

All handbills or brochures given out at the Fall Involvement Fair MUST have the student organization disclaimer. Failure to include this disclaimer on your marketing will prohibit your organization from handing out flyers:

Come stop by the Student Union for the Fall Involvement Fair and see what some of the amazing student organizations at The University of Akron have to offer. On September 12th from 11am-1pm on the 2nd floor of the Student Union there will be a variety of different organizations that you can interact with. Come check it out and network with some great student leaders!
