Hi all, Just a friendly reminder that next week will be our last week of fitness classes before we finish up for the year. Classes are set to resume from the 8th of January and we will be running with the same class schedule as now. Hi All, I wish to inform you that due to a last minute holiday I will be unable to take classes from Tuesday the 28th of November to Thursday the 7th of December. This means that all boxing, Lunch Time Express and circuit classes will be placed on hold until I return on Friday the 8th of December. To celebrate Victorian Women's Sports Week the Melbourne Studio Gym will be running a FREE Rest & Restore Fitness Class! This class will run through a range of mobility (including stretching and foam rolling) and activation drills which will be focussed around ACL prehab/rehab. ACL injuries are one of the most common injuries in women's sport and females are more likely to suffer an ACL injury than males. Here is the new fitness class timetable for semester 2! This semester we will be running yoga, boxing and a new lunchtime express circuit class. Yoga has two different styles, hatha which is more of a slower paced class where as vinyasa is more energetic. Boxing is a fun 50 minute energetic class designed to get your heart rate up and relieve stress! The lunchtime express circuit class is designed for the time poor people who want to fit in a quick work out as it goes for only 30 minutes....
