ACU-Cronulla Sharks representing Australia in Water Polo at the 2017 Summer Universiade (aka World Uni Games) in Taipei.
ACU Bachelor of Occupational therapy student, Brooke McClean, scored the final goal in Australia’s opening match against Greece. The Aussies started the tournament on a high as they proved too strong for Greece, defeating them 10-3.
The ACU Cronulla Sharks Water Polo Club is one of ACU's proud partnership clubs offering leadership, participation and competition opportunities for ACU students, with the longer term aim of forming a sustainable and mutually beneficial partnership which will help drive both talented water polo players into the club and admissions into ACU.
