Pool of success at Nationals Swimming

ACU has returned from the inaugural Nationals Swimming championships with terrific results. Hosted at the Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre, competition in the pool was fierce as the event attracted international talent. ACU Accelerates at Nationals Athletics

ACU has finished the inaugural Nationals Athletics championship with some outstanding results. The event held in Sydney and hosted by UniSport Australia saw ACU come away with a gold and a bronze medal. The first gold was won by Commonwealth Games athlete, Alex Hulley, in the hammerthrow. ACU Sport a running success

To cap off a great year of running, ACU has had an impressive finish in the UniSport Distance Running results. Within the overall University rankings, ACU Women finished an incredible 9th place on 286 points while ACU Men finished 16th on 544 points. Trio of ACU Cheer Clubs Take on Nationals

Students from three ACU campuses are coming together this weekend for AASCF National Cheer & Dance Championships held in the Gold Coast. 75 students from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane will compete across five different teams in the University Premier Division for the National Championship. Silver Sentiments at Nationals Div 1

ACU athletes returned from a successful UniSport Australia Nationals Div 1 with one gold medal (Women's Taekwondo), a huge ten silver medals (Women’s Beach Volleyball Pairs, Men’s Fencing, Women’s Water Polo, Women’s Softball, Women's Taekwondo and five (5) for Swimming) along with two bronzes (Brisbane Cheer Club & Women's Taekwondo). ACU finished a successful week at the inaugural UniSport Nationals Div 2 with two silver medals, two fourth placings and one fifth place! Are you a competitive skiier or snowboarder? Be a part of the action on the slopes! Nationals Snow 2018 applications are now open. 28 August – 1 September 2018, Mt Buller In 2018, Nationals Snow will be held at Mt Buller and will be contested in both men's and women's competitions across four sports; alpine skiing, freestyle skiing, snowboard and cross country skiing.  The cost will be approximately $600 per student.
