Rocket Blast Flyer Submission
Want us to promote your event in Rocket Blast? Submit your event details (name, date, time, location & description) with an image (JPEG or PNG format required)...a flyer for the event is the best to use.
Rocket Blast emails are sent to all UT students every Friday during the Fall and Spring semesters.
Rocket Blast Submission Process
The Office of Student Involvement & Leadership would be happy to send out your information via our weekly Rocket Blast email to all students. We have a specific process for submitting information in order to streamline the numerous requests we receive to share information with students. Please submit any information you want us to share by completing this “Rocket Blast Flyer Submission” form. Please note that we will not be including information that we receive by email in Rocket Blast. We will only include information that we receive via the OrgSync form.
The Events Coordinator will be checking the system and include information submitted to this form by 5pm on Wednesday in the upcoming Rocket Blast. Rocket Blast emails are sent out weekly each Friday afternoon. Forms submitted after 5pm on Wednesday will be included in the following week’s Rocket Blast due to the time that it takes to format the Rocket Blast emails each week. Depending on the number of events submitted, your event will be promoted in at least one Rocket Blast the week of your event (and potentially more times depending on available space).
Please ensure that everything you submit has an image as those images are what we use to promote each event or entry submitted (a flyer with all of the information for the event/entry works best).
