The University of Toledo offers several opportunities for Student Organizations to promote their events and programs within the Student Union and on Kiosks throughout campus. Please follow the steps outlined below, and submit this form to the Office of Student Involvement & Leadership for approval prior to utilizing the Student Union Spaces and Kiosks to advertise your student organization. All on-campus publicity must adhere to the guidelines and policies outlined in the Student Organization Manual (http://www.utoledo.edu/studentaffairs/osi/policy).
THIS FORM SHOULD BE COMPLETED MINIMALLY TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DATES YOU WISH TO PUBLICIZE YOUR EVENT. Space reservations are not guaranteed available when you submit this form. If the spaces you request are unavailable, you will be contacted via Rocket email with suggested alternatives.
Student Union Building staff hangs banners and kiosk posters on Mondays (kiosks not reservable November 1-Spring Break due to weather). You must drop off your banners to the Office of Student Involvement & Leadership (SU 3504) by the Friday before your reservation to guarantee they will be hung the following Monday. We cannot guarantee the banners will be hung in time if it is not dropped off in time.
