First Texas Tech Autumn Fest: Volunteers Needed!

Oct 10, 2014 by Keri Shiplet

The First Texas Tech Autumn Fest will be held Saturday, November 8, 2014 from 11 am - 4 pm on the Memorial Circle and Engineering Key. Join us for this inaugural celebration of the arts, music, dancing, local cuisine, and many other attractions. Local vendors will display and sell their works and fresh produce, while dancers and Texas musicians provide the entertainment. There is something for the entire family at the Autumn Fest at Texas Tech University. This event is open to the Lubbock Community and we will need many volunteers to help with all operations of the event.

Volunteers will sign up for one, two, or three time blocks and will be assigned to assist with one of these four areas of need: Information Table, Trash Management, Vendor/Stage Assistance, Parking, or Inflatables.

Volunteers will be contacted to confirm volunteer sign up and to communicate additional event details. An event shirt will be given to all volunteers to be worn during their shift.
